PaceFrame lets users connect their account and generate visual summaries of activities for personal and social sharing.

PaceFrame is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

You represent that you have legal capacity to accept these terms.

3. Integration

The app connects through official APIs for read-only activity access.

You can revoke access at any time from your account settings.

• No modification of source activity data
• No automatic posting back
• No access to unrelated account data

4. User Content

Generated visuals belong to you.

You are responsible for how you use and share generated content.

You agree not to use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PaceFrame may offer optional premium features through auto-renewable in-app subscriptions.

Available subscription options may include:

• PaceFrame Premium Weekly
• PaceFrame Premium Annual

Subscription pricing and duration are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse integrations
• Do not access other users' data
• Do not reverse engineer the app
• Do not interfere with app operations

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations.

You may stop using the app at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided as is without warranties.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaceFrame is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from app use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France.
